We will then, depending upon time, spill into trial preparation, Chapter 21.<br>J. Michael<br>I'm really glad you've suggested this article as I've felt it needs calling attention to for quite some time. It really is a significant problem and I hope for more MSM coverage as something has to change. It seems that many of my peers are in denial about this so I'm looking forward to Wednesdays discussion. It should be interesting. JF |

| Very knowedgeable, easily approachable, very helpful w/ real world knowledge, tips, etc. In my class notes I had a separate section entitled "real world tips" which I will now be referencing for probably my whole career as an attorney.<br>Honestly, you are one of the best profs I've had @ UB. |

| Extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter and has a gerat ability to relay this information. The way the course is presented (ie telling war stories), makes the course extremely interesting and enjoyable. You should teach a full semester course on MVA. |

| Extemely knowledgeable in regards to this subject. Seemed to care about not only our educational careers, but about our careers when we are practicing law. Best class I have taken in law school. Should be a semester long class. No weaknesses -Perfect Professor. |
